Elias Raul Pinon was born and raised in Los Santos, a 22-year-old Hispanic male, he comes from a working-class background and was brought up in a lower-income neighbourhood and had to learn early in his life what it means to be disciplined and self-reliant.
Once he graduated from high school, he chose not to go to college immediately but instead worked multiple jobs throughout the city trying to determine what he wanted to do in life.
He eventually started taking some technical courses but came to the conclusion that he was not interested in pursuing education and wanted to concentrate his life on something that would provide him with financial security, as well as be able to make a difference, such as working in public service positions, He has no felony convictions or any significant criminal history... therefore, he believes that the LSSD will provide him with an opportunity to have a solid foundation for his future, so he decided to apply for the LSSD, He did not apply to the LSPD and chose a different career path instead since both services are there to protect and serve.
